About Us
Black Chrome was created as the web publishing brand of Bob Massey’s IT Consultancy ‘Mallorn’ which was formed in 1993.
We published our first commercial website in early 1998 and since then, as you can see from the list on the left, our portfolio has grown to over twenty websites for local businesses and organisations.
Those sites have been visted over half a million times (and counting) and receive over 8,000 hits each month, around 80% of those hits are received through search engines.
We remain convinced that there is a continuing need for affordable web presences, and we believe our service to be competitive.
Our sites are clean, crisp, and easy to navigate; and with the capabilities offered by Content Management Systems they can be updated by our clients, allowing for more dynamic content.
We’ll do as much Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) as is practical; in all honesty we can’t guarantee that you’ll be on the first page of Google™, but several of our sites are.
